How to Order

Wedding planning can be stressful, so we’ve tried to make ordering your stationery super easy!

Below is our step-by-step guide to creating Bespoke Stationery or ordering from our House Collections. Alongside this we’ve created a downloadable Wedding Toolkit which includes some handy documents to make life a little easier. You can also book a free FaceTime Stationery Consultation appointment too - which can be useful if you have a few questions or queries!

Ordering a House Collection:

All of our pre-designed House Collections can be seen here. Each one can be tailored to fit your wedding and theme. If you’re unsure on which collection to go for, then why not order a sample pack?

First - choose your design and work out how many you’ll need. I would suggest following the ‘one per household’ rule and include anyone living at that address on one invitation. However, if there are children living at that address who are adults then send them a separate invitation. For example, Mr and Mrs Smith and their 20 year old son and partner would need two separate invitations. You can use our Invitation Calculator to help you workout how many invitations you’ll need. At this stage, you can get a rough estimate of the cost of your invites using our Price List. I always say order at least five more than you think you need - it’s a good idea to have spares!  

Then - tell us how many you’ll need, and your chosen design and we can send you an accurate quote. We’ll send your quote via email, and if you’re happy to go ahead then we’ll also send you the Wedding Invitation Information Form and an invoice for 50% of the total cost as a deposit. Once the completed Wedding Invitation Information Form has been returned and the initial deposit has been paid, we’ll send you a digital proof of your design. If needed, small changes can be made at this stage. Please note, we can’t send physical samples of your design due to copyright issues. Once you are happy with your design we’ll send you a sign-off form, which you are required to sign before we print / hand-finish your stationery. At this stage the remaining 50% of the total cost will be required. 

Finally - when your invitations are ready we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery. If you’re local then we’re happy to hand deliver your stationery. If you are further afield then we’ll post them via Royal Mail Special Delivery and provide you with a tracking number.

Bespoke Stationery:

If you already have an idea then we can help you bring it to life! Our Bespoke Stationery service means you can design your stationery from start to finish - from the colours and the fonts to the cardstock and envelope style.

 

First - we can either meet in person, have a FaceTime Stationery Consultation or discuss ideas over email. A Pinterest board can be useful too - it helps us to understand what style or theme you have in mind. At this stage we’ll also send over an estimate quote including any bespoke design fees. 

Next - we’ll send you a sample pack. Please note Bespoke Sample Packs cost £20 - this is to cover the cost of creating one off samples, and is redeemable against the total cost of your stationery if you choose to go ahead with us. We can personalise cardstock, colours and fonts however we cannot personalise these samples with your names/date. 

Then - once you’ve received your samples we’ll arrange a call or FaceTime with you to discuss and refine the ideas. We can then send you an accurate quote. We’ll send your quote via email and if you’re happy to go ahead then we’ll also send you the Wedding Invitation Information Form and an invoice for 50% of the total cost as a deposit (minus the cost of your Sample Pack). Once the completed Wedding Invitation Information Form has been returned and the deposit has been paid, we’ll send you a digital proof of your final design - if needed, small changes can be made. 

Once you are happy with your design, we will then send you a sign-off form, which you are required to sign before we print / hand-finish your stationery. At this stage, the remaining 50% of the total cost will be required. 

Finally - when your invitations are ready we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery. If you’re local then we’re happy to hand deliver your stationery. If you are further afield then we’ll post them via Royal Mail Special Delivery and provide you with a tracking number.
