Hello you... it’s nice to meet you!
I’m Lauren, the founder of Harriett and Joel, and designer of everything we produce.
Being a designer has always been my dream job! And since graduating from the University of Salford with a degree in branding and design, I’ve been lucky enough explore all aspects of the design industry. I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and Harriett and Joel gives me the chance to combine this whilst utilising my creative side - whether through designing wedding stationery, or providing branding for small businesses.
Although my degree was in branding, I’ve worked in the ever-changing wedding industry for over ten years. For me, a wedding doesn’t necessarily have to follow any traditions, but it should reflect you, your style and your personality - that’s why I’m passionate about creating wedding stationery that you truly love! I also recently planned my own wedding in under two months, during lockdown, so if you have planning questions - then I’m your girl!
Alongside design, my favourite things include being in the sunshine, wearing Havaianas, the colour black, listening to live music and the city of Manchester.
